Level 1 is for both young or new wrestlers.​

Level 1 practice is designed for new and young wrestlers and is a fun way to learn wrestling.  The practice is filled with games, technique training and live wrestling.  The youth learn what wrestling is all about in a fun and creative setting.

 

There are tournaments both in our club and among other clubs so that these wrestlers are able to compete against other youth at their same level of training.
