USA Season Practice (Nov-March):

Level 1 ($100/mo):
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:00-5:45 p.m.

Level 2 ($150/mo):
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 6:00-8:00 p.m.


Open Mats ($10 for Terminators, $20 other wrestlers):
Friday 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Wrestlers from all clubs welcome!

Off Season Practice (April - Oct):

Level 1: Monday and Wednesday 6-7

Level 2: Monday and Wednesday 7-8:30

Level 3: Tuesday and Thursday 7-8:30
