The mission of TWA's Youth Strength Training program is to build a powerful foundation for lifelong athletic success through purposeful movement, science-driven progression, and age-appropriate conditioning.

Our program emphasizes basic fundamental movements such as running, jumping, balancing, crawling, and throwing--all essential to athletic development across all sports. Every session is designed to enhance coordination, core strength, and fast twitch muscle activation, helping young athletes improve explosiveness and body control from the ground up.

Through a carefully structured 8-week session, we introduce progressive testing every 2 weeks to track improvement, instill a growth mindset, and celebrate effort and achievement. Our conditioning elements focus on edurance, teaching kids how to maintain effort over time while developing healthy habits around movement, effort, and recovery.
